Sometime money cannot buy your health. Ideally it is better to practice meditation to prevent health issue than having health issues and turn to medications.  Stress is a silence killer. When you have calm mind it reduce stress in the body and the body have more resistant to all kind of diseases.

Meditation also help improve on mental health it helps you control you mood.  You have more patients you have less reaction and put things in proper perspective in every area of your life.

Meditation is nature’s best healer.  It allows the body to reach a state of harmonic resonance, which puts the body into a state of regeneration.  When people feel ill, they often turn towards prescription medication without a second thought.  But what if meditation could cure and even prevent some diseases?
