The instructor is so amazing she is so descriptive about each stretch.  She always reminds you to listen to your body and allow the body to do what it capable to do never force the poses.  If you have the difficulty on certain poses she recommends you to use the props such as pillows, blanket, or yoga block.

The yoga stretch is good to do in the morning after you wake up or after long day to loosen up your body from the hectic day.
